Service chain evaluation is an activity to help owner and executive to monitor the overall performance of their hotel, villa, resort, cottage, restaurant, club house, to ensure a consistency level of service is delivered every single time

On behalf of your company, we will act discreetly as mystery guest , down to your operations to evaluate what is good and what was wrong, and what need to be improved. At the end of the activities we will provide detail report as starting point for improvement .

As mystery guest, we will do a survey to evaluate detail operation from the step of making telephone call, asking question, making reservation, airport transfer, check – in process, room comfort, safety and security, billing correctness, staff attitude, restaurants, bars, etc , then we will rate the overall performance  to show you the actual result base on objective measurement .
