Hong Kong-based International hotel Management Company Swiss-Belhotel International Chairman and President Gavin Faull sealed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with a handshake with PT. Grahatama Persada Realty Director Ir. A.H. Marhendra. The signing was held on 18 May 2010 with the presence of the parties’ executives.
The latest and biggest addition to the Swiss-Belhotel International’s growing fortfolio, The Royale Springhill Residences with almost 900 apartment units is the group’s third property in Jakarta, Indonesia and is due to be completed by the year 2012.
Enclosed in 211,000 sq. metre area, the property fuses the concept of eco-friendly luxurious urban living in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Swiss-Belhotel International has also revealed that the groups has now 26 properties in Indonesia, including those under development.
Swiss-Belhotel International Senior Vice President Operations and Development for Indonesia and Malaysia Emmanuel Guillard said, “Being chosen to manage this first ever green-certified high rise apartment in Indonesia is one of the biggest milestone for the region. We currently have 19 operating properties all over Indonesia and managing The Royale Springhill Residences reinforces our strong position in this part of Asia.” Gavin Faull added, “Our group strongly supports the saving of the earth and is actively participating in various activities to contribute to an economically and environmentally sustainable community.
